At ATAC pest control, we take our pest inspections seriously. All our annual termite inspections and pre-purchase inspections come with a full emailed or hardcopy report. We don’t charge extra for photos in the report, and all the photos will be of the house we are inspecting. Whilst an inspection is a necessity to keep the warranty of most termite protections on the market, we view our inspections as an education tool for the home owner. Whilst at the property we will discuss improvements that could be made to the property to lessen the conducive conditions that may promote termite intrusion.
